WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE
This customized campaign uses a camera choreography to show a frantic journey through different bursts of purple paint, leaving a mark on the stage that forms graphic messages, only visible once the camera reaches the proper perspective. Thanks to the personalization element, this video becomes an experience in which the user stops being a passive viewer and becomes an active part of the audiovisual.
HOW DID WE DO IT
We used the Bolt robotic arm for this shooting thus achieving almost an impossible camera movement. Furthermore, a Phanton Flex super high-speed camera allowed us to shoot at 1,000 FPS a series of paint explosions that, using different types of ink, showed certain graphic elements only from given perspectives. For this project we collaborate with @Boamistura, an urban artists group widely recognized. 48 hours of preparation for a single shot of 3 seconds.
For the personalization of this audiovisual piece we use software that allows to enter data and pictures in real time, showing, in just a couple of seconds, a unique video for each user. In this case, the user’s name and picture were perfectly integrated into the paint explosions.
